The goal of this event is to provide updates on research findings and the contributions of research participants from the AA-FAIM study. Highlights include a free delicious brunch, a health and wellness fair, a performance from the Precious Memories choir, updates in memory research, and more. Free and open to all. Space is limited, registration available on a first come, first serve basis.
The Impact of the African Americans Fighting Alzheimer’s in Midlife Study, An Event Celebrating Research and Research Participation, presented by the Wisconsin Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center (ADRC), the African Americans Fighting Alzheimer’s in Midlife (AA-FAIM) study and the Wisconsin Registry for Alzheimer’s Prevention (WRAP) with support from CLARiTI – Wisconsin.
The event will take place on Saturday, August 9, from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Madison College | Goodman South Campus, which is located at 2429 Perry St, 2nd Floor, Madison, WI 53713.
